Die Mitarbeiterinnen im Bus sind sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Die Sitzanordnung ist sehr eng und das Oberflächenmaterial der Sitze ist in keiner Weise luftdurchlässig, man ist bei dieser Temperatur sehr schnell sehr nass bzw. durchschwitzt.

All the 3 routes were very interesting and a great way to see Tokyo because I tended to get around by subway where the views aren't so good!

Efficeint and quick. The buses were on time, extremely punctual. The leaders were helpful and friendly. We covered a large and varied area of Tokoyo, incorporating as many tourists spots as possible.

The female conductors were delightful. One of them in particular went the extra mile to find passengers who were waiting for the red course but had gone missing to toilets etc. she was full of life and next day she noticed us at the green line course and waved.... good memory considering all the passengers. I wish I knew her name, she deserves a big pat on the back!

Wir hatten insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung, besonders das freundliche Personal war ein großer Pluspunkt. Allerdings waren leider nicht alle Busse klimatisiert, was an heißen Tagen unangenehm sein kann. Zudem war die lange Wartezeit zwischen den Linien, wie zum Beispiel von der grünen zur roten Linie, mit fast einer Stunde viel zu lang. Hier wäre eine Optimierung wünschenswert."

Additional information

The audio guide is available in Chinese, English, Spanish, Japanese, German, Korean and French.
Seats are not reserved for the Sky Hop Bus. Depending on the congestion at the bus stop, you may be asked to fill up your seat.
Traffic congestion may cause the bus to be delayed.
Passenger seats are only on the second floor, the first floor is for storage.
There is no air-conditioning on the bus, the bus is an open deck.

Restrictions

Raincoats will be distributed if needed. Note that the use of umbrellas on board the bus is prohibited.
If the weather is severe, as in the case of typhoons or thunderstorms, the tour may not operate.
The hop-on hop-off bus does not work with reservations. If there are no free seats on the bus, please board the next bus.
Standing is prohibited while the bus is in motion.
