Dobre doświadczenie, szkoda, że nie można śledzić lokalizacji autobusu za pośrednictwem aplikacji, a co za tym idzie, nie można oszacować, jak długo trzeba będzie czekać na autobus. Byłoby również przydatne, gdyby przystanki, które tymczasowo nie są używane, były wyświetlane w aplikacji.

Najlepszą rzeczą była swoboda, z jaką mogłem korzystać z różnych autobusów. Dopiero drugiego dnia znalazłem twoje słuchawki, były bardzo przydatne, działały znacznie lepiej niż streaming. Podróżowanie na luzie, bez presji zobaczenia wszystkiego, było świetne.

Nie rozumiałem, jak działa narracja, więc słuchałem przez telefon (streaming), ale ciągle traciłem dźwięk. Kiedy autobus się zatrzymał, kierowca dał nam słuchawki i pokazał, gdzie się je podłącza. To było bardzo miłe z jego strony. Po podłączeniu narracja była wciągająca i zabawna. Autobus zatrzymał się na Tower Bridge, aby przepuścić kilka żaglówek. Kierowca zasugerował, abyśmy udali się na górny pokład i obserwowali wydarzenie lub wyszli z autobusu, aby obserwować je z chodnika, a on "da nam gwizdek", kiedy będziemy musieli wskoczyć z powrotem. Przenieśliśmy się na górny pokład i cieszyliśmy się widokiem. Ponownie, było to bardzo troskliwe z jego strony.

Fajna wycieczka z dobrymi objaśnieniami audio, jakość dźwięku bardzo dobra. Mogliśmy zobaczyć wszystkie ważne zabytki z wygodnego autobusu. Jedyną rzeczą, która była nieco irytująca, była 20-minutowa przerwa pod koniec naszej ostatniej podróży, o której nigdzie nie wspomniano, kiedy dzieci były już zmęczone i głodne

Autobusy i trasy były dobre. Jednak wydawało mi się, że nie mogę pobrać pełnej mapy trasy (takiej jak te w autobusach) ze strony internetowej, więc straciłem czas próbując opracować trasy i gdzie wsiąść do autobusów. . Zrozumiałem również, że nasze bilety obejmowały opcjonalną wycieczkę łodzią, ale byłem zmuszony wrócić do kasy biletowej na Tower Bridge, aby kupić bilety.
