What to bring

• Clothing: Dress in comfortable clothes and carry a hair tie if you have long hair.

What's not allowed

• Weigh less than 136kg. flyers between 118kgs and 136kgs might have to pay $30 fee, but must not exceed 135kg (subject to the availability of the specialized instructor).

• Individuals who have previously dislocated their shoulder, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or wearing a hard cast are not permitted to participate.

• This experience is restricted to pregnant women.

• Wearing earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, rings, and hair accessories is not allowed during this experience.

Additional information

• Flyers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18 yrs of age) on the day of the flight.

• Anyone who comes to fly at iFLY and expresses a desire for assistance will be helped by specially trained flight instructors and will be afforded proper accommodations based on their needs.

• Anyone in a state of reasonable health & fitness aged 3 to 100 can fly.

• People with previous heart, neck, back, or shoulder problems should consult their doctor prior to flying.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Please arrive at the attraction 60 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
