Everything was great. We loved the snow park and snow tubing. Very impressed with the Eiger Express and cog wheel train service. Had a great time. Jung Frau is definitely a must visit attraction!

I complained above about guide as none of the choices matched the issue which was : Beyond your control ... weather wasn't on our side ... Experience still was awesome

The Eiger Express was smooth and fast. The train and the Top of Europe at Jungfraujoch were both amazing. The weather did not cooperate for us but it was still an amazingly big day!

EigerExpress fantastique. Ice cave glissante et dangereuse, un espace sécurisé pour les personnes qui le nécessitent serait indispensable. Enfin j'ai dû renseigner une quinzaine de personnes étrangères qui n'arrivaient pas à s'orienter dans la gare. Le personnel est peu présent et peu aimable.

nous avons apprecié le fait de pouvoir partir des arrivee a la gare et redescendre à l'heure nous convenant . pas de pb de billets parfait . Sinon nous avons apprecie l'ascension finale dans la neige jusqu'au refuge (merci la meteo) , la grotte de glace et ses sculptures et bien sur le paysage des alpes bernoise et le confort de l'eiger experes ainsi que la propreté des trabsports , restaurants toilettes ....

Grindelwald Terminal railway station is your gateway to Jungfraujoch and the skiing and hiking areas at the foot of the Eiger North Face. Board the Eiger Express tricable gondola to the Eiger Glacier station, and reach in 15 minutes. Note: This ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent. Descent is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.
