Seamless activation

After you receive your digital ticket, download the “Go City App” and enter the confirmation code that comes with the ticket.
The pass gets activated after the first use at any attraction or tour and is valid for 60 days to hit up the rest.
In the app, you'll also find all the information about opening hours, attraction details like reservations, and a handy digital map.
Validity: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for 60 calendar days after first use until you visit the number of attractions chosen. For example, if you select a 3-attraction pass, you will be allowed access to 3 attractions over 60 days before your pass expires.

Some attractions may require reservations. Your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.
You can visit each attraction only once.
After completing your booking, you will receive an e-mail with all the essential booking information and an order confirmation number. Use this confirmation number to add your pass to the Go City app on your mobile.
The pass cannot be used by another person.
Opening hours and terms and conditions of certain attractions may sometimes vary. It is recommended to check the website(s) of the attraction or museum before your visit to plan accordingly.
