Wszelkie problemy z biletami zostały szybko rozwiązane przez pracowników informacji po północnej stronie dworca Centraal. Z wyjątkiem tego, że nie poinformowali, że "Nocna Straż" odsiadywała wyrok na szafocie! Stwierdziliśmy, że większe i bardziej znane muzea były gorszym wyborem, a wspanialsze wrażenia można było znaleźć w konstelacji mniejszych muzeów pomiędzy nimi. Tutaj można było znaleźć największą wartość karty. Zwłaszcza jeśli odpoczniesz, robiąc piknik podczas bezpłatnego rejsu po kanałach.

Really easy to use and saved loads of money. So many great places included. We managed to maximize our time and experience the culture and history of a great city. This is Holland was a amazing experience. Would also recommend the Diamond Museum and MOCO Art Gallery and a Boat tour.

The card was easy to use, but the Royal Palace said they did not accept it. The Rijks had an environmental group lockout the day we tried to go and we found that we wanted to spend more time relaxing rather than rushing to another museum. We only used the card 3 times which did not break even on a 4 day pass.

Easier access to the museums and attractions I went. But would be good if the catalogue can be sorted in the operation hours of the attractions, so that it will be easier for planning.

I liked that so many attractions and transportation were included in the one card. Having the QR code in the app made it very convenient.

Valid for 24, 48, 72, 96, or 120 hours from first use, unlimited access to the city's public transportation system for the duration of your card allows you to get around quickly. You can also enjoy one free canal cruise from several canal cruise companies at many locations in Amsterdam and 24-hour free bicycle rental.

Use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your smartphone via the app.
Find all information about the venues and tours. Get access to pre-recorded commentary, suggested itineraries, a handy map, and more, available at your fingertips!
Your pass will automatically get activated when you use your pass to enter the first attraction on the list.
Validity: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) chosen over 2 weeks. For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and 2 additional days of your choosing over the next 2 weeks.

Transport to/from the Schipol airport is not included in this pass.
I Amsterdam City Card is now a digital product accessible via the City Card app.
Activate your card using the instructions on your post-booking voucher. You choose when to activate your City Card. The card is activated when you first use it.
Use your card to visit City Card locations, simply show your card on your phone at the entrance. Scan your card when entering any bus, tram, or metro.
In the event that one of the services, museums, or attractions connected to the City Card is not available or closed during the validity of your City Card or if you have not been able to use everything for other reasons (for e.g., due to unavailable timeslots), you aren't entitled to a refund in any form.

How to redeem your I-Amsterdam City Card

The I amsterdam City Card comes in digital form and works on smartphones through our app
To use the City Card you will need to download the I amsterdam City Card app and add your card to it.
You are required to claim your digital City Card by installing the official City Card App and registering by using your unique CC-code specified in your voucher.
You will receive an email confirmation with your I amsterdam City Card: Canal Cruise, Public Transport And Attractions Entry voucher shortly
Activate the card only when you are in Amsterdam and ready to use it. Make sure to charge your smartphone well to ensure you have access to it all day! Through the app, you can transfer cards to your family members or friends and navigate the city through a map highlighting the best locations.
Once a card has been transferred, it cannot be transferred (back) again.

Head to the I amsterdam Store if you need any help with the I amsterdam City Card app, or if you would like to get information and tips about your stay in Amsterdam (located on north side of the central train station, Amsterdam Centraal, De Ruijterkade 28 B t/m D).
