We loved everything except the lady working at the infokrakow office didn't have any idea how to make the cards. It took her almost 30 minutes to make the cards.

There are actually too many attractions on the pass to even contemplating doing them all. It does not include the bigger ones like Warwel Castle , but we enjoyed the ones we were able to do . Transport system in Krakow is excellent ......but for a visitor who doesn't know it, or speak Polish, a route map when you pick up your pass would be extremely useful. Whilst there is some info on the website, not everybody is in a position to access it whilst on the move. With more information at card pick up it would definitely rate 5*

The card is only valid on city buses and trams (day and night).
Museum/attraction opening times are subject to change. Some museums are closed on Mondays, please check the timings before you go.
The card is only valid for entry to the permanent exhibitions.
You will need to collect the Museum City Pass from one of several redemption points in Krakow.
Children up to 3-years-old receive free admission to all museums and public transportation.
The last admission to exhibitions is usually 90 minutes before closing time.
The validity of the card is not counted in hours but in days, which means that the card is valid until the end of the day, not the hour it was activated.
