Myślałem, że zakup biletów przez Internet sprawi, że wszystko będzie proste, ale kiedy przyjechaliśmy, wszyscy, którzy kupili bilety przez Internet, musieli wysłać je e-mailem do katedry, aby mogli je wydrukować.... wydawało się trochę dziwnym sposobem robienia rzeczy, kiedy próbowaliśmy zrobić wszystko bez papieru!

To nie byłeś ty, ale pan w kasie, który nie potrafił poprawnie odczytać biletu. Mieliśmy jedną rodzinę (1 osoba dorosła, 3 dzieci) i jeszcze jedną osobę dorosłą. Po długiej rozmowie zapytał swojego kolegę, który wyjaśnił mu, że bilet nie był nieprawidłowy.

Kiedy dotarliśmy do St Paul's, powiedziano nam, że potrzebują wydrukowanego biletu, a nie kodu QR! Dali nam więc pasek papieru z adresem e-mail St. Paul's, abyśmy mogli wysłać do nich całą wiadomość e-mail od Ciebie..... Czy przegapiłem coś na bilecie e-mailowym, który mówił, że należy go wydrukować i zabrać ze sobą do katedry? Proszę o jak najszybsze rozwiązanie tej sytuacji. Dziękuję
