The whole experience was good from start to finish, ticket buying was easy and all the pre-visit information was perfect. We booked the KL Tower with all four experiences understanding that weather may prevent us from a couple. Thankfully we had the best day of the week for weather which was brilliant as we were treating my granddaughter. Fortunately we arrived when it was not busy and proceeded straight to the walk, then up to the observation deck and skyboxes. A great experience and some truly amazing views.

Great buffet especially the seafood selection, what I considered awful was how to get into the place, signposting was non existent. Also women were allowed to wear shorts but men had to wear a wrap to cover their legs, daft!!

Overall experience was okay except for the SkyBox. Felt like the number system for the skybox could have been made better in many ways.

In this booking I had two tickets, one for the Tower walk and other for the rest of the activities . I was denied entry to the tower walk while the other ticket worked fine. contacted support right from the venue but did not get any help. I waited there for more than 2 hours but the support was not helpful. It was me who was contacting them repeatedly but they were very helpful. They kept me waiting for hours before I gave up and left the venue. I had to follow up with the support multiple times for 10-12 days to get a refund. This was not a great experience. I understand glitch like these can happen but the way support handled my request was poor.

The team at the skywalk was great, but the queue at the lobby was awful... buying the tickets in advance was no advantage as the venue was owercrowded and extremely warm...

Kuala Lumpur is known for its amazing skyline, but how do you see it all? Easy! Head to the KL Tower's Sky Deck and Sky Box for views that will blow your mind. Both the Sky Deck and Sky Box are super high up, at 300 meters to be exact, making them the ultimate lookout spot in the city.

The Sky Deck is an open-air platform, so you can get some fresh air and take incredible pictures while feeling the wind in your hair. You'll be able to see everything from up there, like the famous Petronas Twin Towers, all the other skyscrapers, and even some historical sites. Take things to a whole new level with the Sky Box! It's a glass cube that sticks out from the Sky Deck, so it will feel like you're floating in the sky. The perfect combination of adventure and amazing views!

There are even some other cool experiences you can add on to your visit. If you're super brave, you can try the Tower Walk 100. It's a walk 100 feet above the ground, and it'll definitely get your adrenaline pumping! Or, if you prefer something a little calmer, you can check out the indoor observation deck at 276 meters.

Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: personal bags, backpacks, and items larger than 16” x 16” x 8”.

Tower Walk 100

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.2m (3.94ft), under the weight of 34kg (74.96lb), and over the weight of 140kg (308.65lb).
Keep in mind personal belongings including a camera and mobile phone are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
Strict Dress Code: Wear flat, lace-up footwear and pants.

Choose safety and comfort: This experience is only suitable for guests with sound physical health, good hand-eye coordination, and full mobility (without assistance or aid).

Additional information

KL Tower

Guests are required to check in the MySejahtera app.
Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.
Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.
The Sky Deck and Sky Box will remain closed in case of inclement weather.

Tower Walk 100

Participants are required to sign an indemnity form for public liability insurance purposes.
Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
On-site storage lockers are available.
