Przewodnik był doskonały. Dobry angielski i bardzo cierpliwy na pytania. Oczywiście znał historię, a także mówił o dzisiejszym podejściu do dokonanych renowacji. Miał zrównoważony pogląd. Poruszał się w odpowiednim tempie, a grupa nie była zbyt duża (około 6 osób), więc wszyscy mogliśmy z nim porozmawiać. Sprzedaż biletów była prosta. Skontaktowano się z nami z wyprzedzeniem i poinformowano, gdzie mamy się spotkać, wraz ze zdjęciem osoby, która miała nas powitać, trzymając znak. To było naprawdę pomocne. Bilety nie były tanie, ale uważam, że były tego warte. Niektóre elementy witryny były osłonięte szkłem, ale odbicie na gazie uniemożliwiło zobaczenie elementów z tyłu. Jestem pewien, że to nie jest wina Headout ani przewodnika. Czy nie można użyć szkła nieodbijającego światła lub ekranów?
