Koloseum było niesamowite, ale mieliśmy odebrać nasz przewodnik na zewnątrz 15 minut przed wejściem. Ale nie mogliśmy go znaleźć, aby odebrać książkę. Wysłaliśmy wiadomość i powiedział, że ją przeczytał, czekałem i wysłałem wiadomość ponownie, ale bez odpowiedzi, poddałem się i po prostu wszedłem.

Byłoby miło mieć bilety w formacie pdf podczas rezerwacji... Pozwoliłoby to uniknąć stresu związanego z tym, czy będziesz w stanie wejść na stronę turystyczną. Dlaczego nie wysyłać biletów e-mailem bezpośrednio po dokonaniu rezerwacji?

Nie ma przewodnika, nikt nie mówi, gdzie iść ani nie opowiada historii, po prostu podążasz za tłumem, wybraliśmy wycieczkę o 15:00, która obejmuje starożytne miasto, ale podczas wycieczki po Koloseum mówią ci, że starożytne miasto jest zamknięte, jeśli zamierzasz wziąć udział w obu wycieczkach, musi to być wcześniej.
