We were too late for the tour, fortunately the person responsible for the tickets was very friendly and gave us extra time to visit the mine an hour later.

I had to split up our group after booking and the Customer Service reps I spoke to were really helpful and my request was met. Our van driver was terrific- he returned to pick up some of our group who went to the wrong pickup location. Our guide was lovely and knowledgeable. The mine was remarkable! Don't miss this when you visit Krakow!

The tour was very well organised including the collect point, comfortable coach ride and the informative tour of the mine. My only criticism was, the tour should include longer rest periods as there is a lot of walking.

De zout mijn moet je gezien hebben, het is fantastisch! Wij hebben geboekt bij headout, de communicatie liep perfect. Er waren telaat komers dat is niet fijn voor de de rest van de groep. De gids was fantastisch met wat humor. Ik had een beetje bang wegens claustrofobie maar je moet geen bang hebben de trappen zijn breed en er is een goede luchtcirculatie. Ik heb mij op geen enkele keer benauwd gevoeld. Enkel op laatste bij de lift ga je aan de de deur staan. De lift is heel snel en duurt maar 3 min. Tijdens de rondleiding krijg je voldoende pauze. De zout mijn is zo prachtig nog mooier dan op de folder. Absoluut de moeite.
