Ich konnte ohne Wartezeit ins Museum und sowohl das Gebäude als auch die Vielzahl an tollen Ausstellungsstücken sowie Kunstwerken hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Bibliothek, die Werke von Vermeer und die Sonderausstellung waren meine Highlights. Auch die Cafeteria und der Shop sind erstklassig. Ein rundum gelungenes Museum, in dem ich volle 6 Stunden verbracht habe und gerne wiederkomme.

The canal cruise was a lovely way to explore and see the city. The audio came on when needed but was not a constant. Refreshments not for sale on board so take your own on this one. The Heineken brewery was okay, trying to create an experience of being brewed and bottled yourself was a bit weird but having a free drink in a bar at the end made up for it! The photo and video are emailed to you free which was good.

Interesting place with lots to see. We liked that the ticket is valid for one month, as it is nearly impossible to cover everything in one day.

We had a fantastic experience, and your staff are so friendly, especially the young man with the train track tattoo collecting glasses on Sunday 15th, he explained the reasoning behind the tattoo and told us a bit more about his experience as an Heineken employee which he thoroughly enjoys and is an asset to the company.
