Punkty orientacyjne w Zermatt

On-Line advanced Ticket purchase - 10/10. Check in at Station in Zermatt - 7/10. This was confusiing and time consuming having to scan bar codes on phone to get an actual paper ticket. Why not just use the bar codes as the tickets? Very strange! Actual train rides were on time and trains were spotlessly clean.

The trip on the Gornergrat cogwherl train was wonderful. The scenery was awe inspiring and when we got to the observation area the views were spectacular! Having clean bathrooms was much appreciated. We did not eat but the little shop was busy and had some nice dishes. The actual ticketing was less than acceptable. There was No one there to assist as we had our tickets on my phone and no one directed us to obtain a ticket from the machines. We had to get into the very long lines to find our we could have used our ticket 🎟 in the premineun lane or get one from the machine. A lot of wanted time and energy and almost messed the only train that fit into our schedule.

Samo doświadczenie było niesamowite. Obsługa klienta, w której musieliśmy odebrać bilety, była przerażająca, pani była tak niegrzeczna i nieprzyjazna. Cieszę się, że nasze podekscytowanie nie pozwoliło jej stłumić naszej ekscytacji. Ponadto jaskinia lodowa, którą czujemy, miała problem z wilgocią / pleśnią? Uważamy, że coś tam było nie tak, ponieważ wyszliśmy niezwykle zdyszani, wchodząc po krótkiej rampie do windy, ponieważ byliśmy również świadkami innych odwiedzających w tej samej pozycji.

Spełniło moje oczekiwania, nieporównywalne doświadczenie. Jest to również jedyne miejsce, które znalazłem, gdzie sprzedają bilety, a także kupują je fizycznie.
