The Albion Quartet

A shared belief in the communicative power of the string quartet brought together four outstanding performers of this generation to form the Albion Quartet. With Tamsin Waley-Cohen and Emma Parker on Violin, Rosalind Ventris on viola, and Nathaniel Boyd on cello, the Albion Quartet has a wealth of experience with leading ensembles in the UK such as the Badke and Navarra Quartets and the London Bridge Trio. Among them, the four members have also enjoyed numerous competition successes at some of the most prestigious international music competitions including the Lionel Tertis International Viola Competition, and the Melbourne and Florence International Chamber Music Competitions. Critically acclaimed, the members regularly perform in halls across the globe including Konzerthaus Berlin, Wigmore Hall and Carnegie Hall.
