Tölzer Knabenchor: European Christmas Carols

A German boys’ choir founded in 1956, Tölzer Knabenchor love Christmas. Their repertoire covers vocals from the medieval times to the modern one. The Tölzer boys are educated from the age of 6, with each member receiving special care. Referred to as ‘one of the best choirs in the world’ by eminent musicians, the troupe have traveled across the globe and recorded more than one hundred LPs. They’ve also received or have been nominated for all the major music awards including Deutscher Schallplattenpreis, Echo Klassik, Choc du monde de la musique, and a Grammy nomination.

The concert is a Christmas special and celebrates the spirit of the festival. The choir brings their experience recording several albums to the live audience, in a concert full of miracles, love, and hope. The concert will feature cheerful and moving songs - encapsulating the Christmas spirit.
