• Entrance to the Golden Gallery is subject to availability due to continued capacity management and there may be time restrictions in place.

• The Whispering Gallery is closed to the public until further notice.

• Respectful photography is allowed.

London Dungeon

• It’s recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

• Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility (except the rides)

• For the Drop Dead ride, guests must be at least 1.4 meters tall.

• For the Tyrant Boat ride, guests must be at least 1 meter tall.

• Both rides are not recommended for pregnant women, heart patients, guests who have undergone recent surgery or suffer from back/neck pain or are photosensitive or epileptic.

• Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: large bags, camera equipment, flash photography, food and beverages.

• This experience is restricted for guests aged 12 and under.
