- Large items of hand luggage, including suitcases, are not permitted inside this attraction. Please note that there is no cloakroom available at The London Dungeon.

- It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear on this tour, as a fair amount of walking is involved.
- For the Drop Dead ride, guests must be at least 1.4 meters tall.
- For the Tyrant Boat ride, guests must be at least 1 meter tall.
- Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to enter The London Dungeon.
- The recommended minimum age for a child is 12yrs. Guests under 16yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult.
