Headout had all my Big bus tickets ready for me to save in my Walket for easy access and showing at the bus ticket stops. Great service on the London hop on hop off and very helpful guides for queries. Only problem was the long waits between buses but that's city traffic for you. Fabulous experience and definitely consider using Headout again to book future excursions.

Es ist ein tolles Paket gewesen, jedoch war es schwierig sich vor Ort immer den richtigen Veranstalter zu suchen. Das ging auch nicht eindeutig hervor, dass darauf zu achten ist, nur die bestimmten Sachen von dem speziellen Anbieter zu nutzen. Dadurch hat man leider viel Zeit verloren.

Das London Eye war ein tolles Erlebnis für uns (inkl. 2 Kinder). Da haben wir auch alles gut gefunden und wir hatten Glück, dass die Warteschlange nicht sehr lang war. Bei der Themse-Flussfahrt im Anschluss sind wir auf halber Strecke eingestiegen, weil wir dachten, es geht direkt neben dem London Eye los und haben so die erste Hälfte unserer bezahlten Fahrt verpasst. Uns wies auch niemand darauf hin. Hier wäre ein genauerer Startpunkt wichtig zu erwähnen. Und die Busfahrt war ok, teilweise war es leider durch viel Verkehr eigentlich sinnlos. Ca. 1,5 Stunden standen wir, ohne auch nur etwas neues zu sehen. Konnten aber auch nicht aussteigen, weil wir von den anderen Routen zu weit entfernt waren.

The bus was busy so our family were split up and spent more time downstairs than upstairs on the bus. Was expecting the bus to go to Buckingham Palace but two of your different oloured buses took the same route.
