It was so easy we were lucky there was no queues at all so we didn't need skip the queue in the end but was very straightforward and easy to get tickets we didn't have to redeem them just show at entrance which was perfect as it saved lots of time.

The Medici Chapel was amazing! The Chapel of the Princes on the upper level with the inlaid colorful marble was beautiful, along with the Michelango sculptures were wonderful. We appreciated that the ticket voucher instructions got us to the right spot for entry where we could redeem our voucher for the ticket at the entrance to the ground floor. Our favorite site thatvwe visited in Florence.

The chapel was amazing. To see so many Michaelangelo sculptures was incredible. The ceiling of the chapel was spectacular.
However, the ticket redemption arrangements were terrible. There was no place in the Basilica di Lorenzo to get the tickets. We had to go straight to the chapel. This was very stressful and very poor compared to the Viator and Getyourguide guide arrangements
