The tour guide was very pleasant, neat, understanding and most important an expert of Milan and Milan history, and also worked extremely well managing the crowd. The reason I rated a good and not an awesome, is we received strict direction from your company to adhere to the arrival/start time. I had to call the company at ~ 9:12 AM as our guide was not at the starting point and was a bit late, so, we were concerned.

Maria was outstanding. Her explanations and narrative brought everything to life. Additionally, I was traveling and delayed and had to miss the first part. The fact that you called me and arranged for me to join the tour later and especially to not miss the Last Suppper meant the world to me. Silvia, our guide was simply Awesome!!!! I don't think we could of asked for a better guide nor experience. You can tell she enjoys what she does and that reflects in her delivery. If you are looking for one tour while in Milan, look no further. This tour takes the cake and the candles not to mention, it finishes with a "Bang" with "The Last Supper."

It's not possible to see last supper individually.So I reached you.Maybe we are the only attendants whose mother tongue is not English. Sometime We were difficult to understand,but it's enjoyable and good for English brush up. We would like to join you sometime in other places.
