Alle reservaties via de aangekochte tickets (treintickets, kabeltrein, bezoeken ter plaatse en terugreis) klopten als een bus. Ook het reisschema en de bijbehorende uitleg en informatie waren volledig en dus heel nuttig. Het enige puntje wat ons zorgen baarde was het wekenlang wachten op de tickets. We boekten weliswaar vrij vroeg en kregen onmiddellijk de boekingsbevestiging met boekingsnummer maar voor de ticktes hebben we uiteindelijk een week voor ons vertrek u zelf moeten contacteren via chat omdat de tickets op zich lieten wachten. De persoon aan de chat heeft ons onmiddellijk goed geholpen om de tickets te kunnen downloaden. Tot slot, organisatorisch klopte wel alles waardoor we een zeer goed gevoel overhouden aan ons bezoek aan Montserrat.

The booking experience was very good and the excursion was an excellent value! Isabele, our tour guide was very informative, charming and funny; the only clarification needed in the description is that the train down runs on the weekends only and during the week, the way down is via gondola.

Rozliczane jako pół dnia i po prostu wcisnęło się w to 4,5 godziny, ale czułem się trochę pośpiesznie. Ale przewodnik Sandra był doskonały, zabawny i dobry angielski. Dlaczego klasztor nie może wdrożyć lepszego systemu kolejkowania, jest tajemnicą, ponieważ mają duże doświadczenie, ale to nie wina firmy turystycznej.

Great experience...EXCEPT they should not sell tickets for 5:30: we had 2 minutes to get to the museum before they closed the doors. Then all the food shops were closing and there was nothing to eat while we had to wait an hour for the train going down. Even the medic office was closed and we needed a Tylenol. Gondola going down had also closed and we were looking forward to that. Also price of tram was not included in tickets and I didn't read anything about that and we had to pay extra. Besides all that it was a great place to visit. And the reminder on the phone to head out of the city was a nice touch.
