Important Information

• You will receive your tickets within 24 to 48 hours of making the booking.
• Carry your own water bottle - there are ample water taps around to fill them up.
• Bring your own towels and wear appropriate footwear around pools and any wet areas.
• Modest swimsuits are the most appropriate attire in all our bathing areas. It is recommended to bring along sunscreen or a rash vest.

Operating Hours

Bath experiences are available every day. These are the timings for the following different experiences:

Revitalise Bathing & Wellness Activity (Fire & Ice)

• Time slots are available at 9am, 11:30am, and 1:30pm

Revitalise Bathing & Wellness Activity (Body Clay)

• Time slots are available at 10am, 12:30pm, and 2:30pm

Revitalise Bathing & Picnic Hamper Package

• Time slots are available every 60 minutes from 10:30am to 3:30pm

Spa Dreaming Centre Bathing, Wellness & Picnic Hamper (Body Clay or Fire & Ice)

Body Clay

• Time slots are available at 9:30am, 12:30pm, and 2pm

Fire & Ice

• Time slots are available at 8:30am, 11am, and 1pm

• Your ticket will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours.
• Please display the mobile ticket along with a valid photo ID at the venue.
• Kindly ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid any delays.

Getting There

• If you are traveling from Melbourne, board a Frankston line train to Frankston, then take the No. 788 bus to Rye hotel where you can catch an Uber or taxi service.
• Alternatively, you can walk from Rye which takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, please take care when walking as it is along a busy road with a high-speed limit.
