The Moulin Rouge experience was absolutely stunning! We were a little surprised to find it so cramped inside the venue itself but I guess that's to be expected. Once the performance began we completely forgot about that and we're blown away by the amazing show! Definitely a highlight of our trip!

The show was awesome, particularly the supporting acts. Going up and down stairs was good for their organisational efforts of seating 800 odd people but older people who have trouble with stairs were at a distinct discomfort.

It was sooo amazing!!! I have never seen the show like that. I also like that drinks were served and you have the choice of drinks, because I don't like champagne, so I had nice red wine. Also big bravo to all duet gymnasts!!!! Incredible, impressive and breathtaking!!!!!

Our luggage did not arrive with us at the airport. We did not have time to buy new clothes to change from our travelling clothes. Fortunately, we were not questioned about our attire. We enjoyed the show and the bottle of champagne. The extra bonus was the Olympic Winner Gretchen Walsh was in the audience and she allowed some photos taken with her! It made our experience more memorable.

Your Moulin Rouge experience begins with an entry to the cabaret. Situated at the heart of the lively Montmartre district, the Moulin Rouge first opened its doors in 1889. Today, it attracts over 600,000 spectators a year! Upon entering the theatre, an usher will show you to your table as the other guests are also being seated. As you soak up the 1920s ambiance and live orchestral music, you will be served with half a bottle of champagne and the much-anticipated cabaret will begin.

Created by Doris Haug and Ruggero Angeletti, Féerie is currently in production at the Moulin Rouge. Feerie brings together an extensive troop of performers, including 60 Doriss Girl Dancers recruited from all over the world. Featuring costumes produced in Paris's most prestigious studios and stunning, colorful stage sets created by Italian artists, the cabaret is much more than just a show. Over the years, it has rightly garnered a legacy for world-class entertainment. Admire the Doriss Girl Dancers with their bright and colorful sequin costumes and enjoy the numerous acts interspersed between the show’s five scenes.

What's not allowed

Strict dress code: Formal attire is required to enter the Moulin Rouge. Shorts, flip-flops, sportswear, and sports shoes are not permitted.
Children under the age of 6 will not be allowed in the Moulin Rouge. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
For copyright and security reasons, taking videos and photographs during the show is strictly prohibited. There will be professional photographers available if you wish to have your photograph taken for a souvenir.
Please note that large coats are not allowed inside the Moulin Rouge. If carried, they must be submitted to the cloakroom at an additional charge.
