Our tour guide Danielle was awesome. She was really engaging, funny and had a lot of little fun facts about the Falls. The boat trip literally takes you into the falls (don't let them fool you ... You get soaked) which was amazing!

After meeting our small group we received background during our walk to the pier, prior to our Hornblower excursion. Gordy was a great tour leader! After the boat ride we learned more enroute to Behind the Falls. The entire experience was great.

The guide Mark was truely exceptional!! Gave us a wonderful tour and cant rate him highly enough! Ticketing was bad Im afraid! Headout give 2 different places to meet at still,despite reviews complaining about this! I emailed to ask which one and was told it was the Bird Kingdom one - it isnt!!! Walks people say Headout are the only ones still sending people here so have to post someone there to take them to the right place! We arrived early - and kept 20people waiting at the right meeting place as we arrived late walking to meet them! This needs urgently ammending in your instructions! Shame as experience was good. Watch out for parking charges - we had to pay $12 an hour on nearest street parking lot mentioned!
