To było dobre. Chociaż powiedziałeś, że aplikacja działa w trybie offline. Miałem problem z dostępem do biletu offline. Na WIFI działało dobrze. Dzięki!

Booking tickets where really easy to book and pay for, details sent through straight away. The cable car experience is fantastic and great value for money, the ease of moving around and getting from one car to another is done really well, we had trouble getting on line to show our tickets, but this was sorted by one of the staff. The views are absolutely fantastic and each time you move your head there is a different image. Great day out

Animaux bien mis en valeur. Ils semblent disposer d'espace suffisant et être bien traités (par rapport à d'autres zoos, mais je ne suis pas un expert). Pour les enfants c'est très interactif et pour les adultes il y a beaucoup à apprendre aussi. Le tracé du parcourt permet de ne pas s'ennuyer (style "IKEA"). Nous avons fait le tour en environs 2 heures (3 adultes de 15 à 17 )

Je ne la referai pas. Vraiment tout ce que je n aime pas dans un zoo. Difficultés à scanner les qr code à l entrée via portable. Endroit propre mais mal fléché dans le parc pour rendre la balade plus aisée. Enclos petits pour les animaux. Pas de terrasse pour boire un verre ni manger. Rien en Français

The zoo is wonderful with large, natural animal enclosures. We especially enjoyed the large aviaries where we could walk inside among the birds.

Important Information

Cable cars and Funicular are suitable for wheelchair users, pram/stroller users and pregnant women.
Most paths and exhibits in the Alpine Zoo, especially those close to the entrance, are accessible to wheelchair users but some parts of the zoo area are quite steep.
Pet dogs/guide dogs not allowed.
Wi-Fi and parking available.
