Excellent tour. No problems picking up the tickets outside the entrance. We chose not to join a guided tour and are glad we did. The guided groups were going through quite fast. We were able to take as much time as we wanted. In the end we spent 3 hrs slowly taking it all in. There is a lot to see and read.Glad to have been before going to Auchwitz as it gave a lot of the history leading up to the Jews being taken and killed.

Globalement j'ai pu comprendre qu'elle a été l'action de M.schindler durant l'occupation et avant celle-ci. Ce qu'il a réalisé l'honore lui et ses descendant. J'aurais aimé être mieux plongé dans son univers et dans l'usine et les conditions de vie .

The castle itself was very beautiful and rich of history. Our guide was great and answered all our questions we've had of him plus he was very helpful with directions. We also liked the inclusion of headphones, as this way it was guaranteed that we will hear everything he has to say. Overall great expirience and we hope to exlplore the rest of the castle sometime later.
