Belvedere Palace
Use your ticket to visit both the Lower and Upper Belvedere Palace. Listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, both attractions host several exhibitions and art pieces that will appeal to any art lover. After it was completed, the Lower Belvedere was used as the residence of Prince Eugene and has many staterooms like the Hall Of Grotesques the marble gallery, and the gold cabinet in which paintings are still preserved in their original state. The Palace is a testament to 800 years of history that is portrayed beautifully In the form of paintings marble halls and exquisite gardens. Considered one of the most prominent museums in the world that has collections dating back to the middle ages, the Belvedere Palace is home to many famous artworks by Vincent van Gogh, Rueland Frueauf the Elder, Helene Funke, and more.
Belvedere 21: Museum of Contemporary Art
Bypass crowded lines at the Belvedere 21: Museum of Contemporary Art and head to a place where not only artworks but film and music of modernism in Vienna come to life. The building in itself is considered to have artistic value and is a cultural center that captures contemporary art like no other. Lower Belvedere Palace

The BIP garage at Palais Schwarzenberg and the BIP garage at Schwarzenbergplatz offer discounted parking for a time window of 6 hours. When you validate your parking ticket at the ticket offices of the Lower or Upper Belvedere (see opening times), you can park for up to 6 hours for € 6 in one of the two garages that are open all day (midnight).

Note: With your time slot ticket you book a fixed access time to the museum. The duration of your stay is unlimited.

Please note that it is not mandatory to carry an ID proof if you have only purchased non-discounted tickets.

Gender-specific, disabled toilets are available on the ground floor.

The parking lot for people with disabilities is located right next to the entrance gate of the Upper Belvedere, Prinz Eugen-Straße 27.

There are two elevators that can be accessed via a few steps; a wheelchair ramp is available. The staff is always happy to help.

Some seating is available in the exhibition rooms. Museum stools can be borrowed from the cloakroom.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the Belvedere museums.

The Upper Belvedere's north and west facades are set to undergo renovations from April 2024. Scaffolding will be disguised with a net replicating the facade. The entrance and access to the venue will remain unaffected.
