Zakup na stronie internetowej był dobry. Fakt, że do audioprzewodnika trzeba było pobrać inną aplikację, nie był wygodny. Ponadto brakowało niektórych języków (włoskiego) dla tej atrakcji

Kupiłem 2 bilety dla dorosłych z pominięciem kolejki, ale kiedy przyjechałem i zapytałem gospodarza, poinformowali, że nie mają biletu z pominięciem kolejki. Musiałem wrócić do długiej kolejki, aby poczekać na wejście.

Wszystko poszło dobrze w Quinta da Regaleira. Otrzymałem audioprzewodnik za pośrednictwem aplikacji, wszystko poszło dobrze Jeśli chodzi o Pena Palace, kupiłem najdroższą kombinację, która obejmowała audioprzewodnik i transport. Nie otrzymałem audioprzewodnika za pośrednictwem aplikacji ani e-mailem. Myślałem, że otrzymam go na miejscu, ale tak się nie stało. Innymi słowy, zapłaciłem znacznie więcej za usługę, której nie otrzymałem. Sugerowałbym również zmianę opisu combo. Sposób, w jaki został napisany, zrozumiałem, że kupuję bilet, który obejmuje transport z Quinta da Regaleira do Pena Palace, ale tak nie jest. Wróciłem do opisu i napisałem, że transport Park - Pałac. Zdaję sobie sprawę, że źle to zinterpretowałem, ale sugerowałbym, aby było to jaśniejsze. Zarówno pałace, jak i parki były piękne i było wiele do zobaczenia, nawet w mglisty dzień! Jedyne, co by pomogło, to wyraźniejsze oznakowanie, gdzie zbierają się kolejki do Quinta da Regaleira.

The whole Sintra experience is disorganized. There is no enough parking. There is no regular transportation from the parking lots. Everybody use the same single road through the town resulting in huge waste of time and dissatisfaction. Even for those arriving by train it's not easier. Connection between the sites of interest is badly organized and extremely expensive. A single ride is more than twice expensive that taking a train from Lisbon to Sintra. Even with the bus expect to walk uphill to reach the entrance. The site itself is ok. Definitely in reality it's not as glorious as described. Many caves pretending to signify some higher meaning. There is no feeling that the sites are connected to each other. They force you into buying much more expensive tickets with an audio guide. Can't imagine how bad the place in the peak season.

Quinta da Regaleira

Get ready for a Romantic castle, chapel, and opulent park with lakes, grottoes, wells, benches, fountains, and a wide variety of wonderful structures that make up the property. There are five stories in the palace including a ground floor, three upper floors, and a basement. The living room, dining room, billiards room, balcony, a few smaller rooms, and a number of stairs are all connected by a network of halls on the ground level. There are extensive tunnels, a Chapel, Park, Initiation Wells, Lakes, fountains, and the aquarium and whatnot spread over the property.

Monserrate Palace & Park

The Monserrate Palace, or Palácio de Monserrate, is an opulent mansion close to Sintra, the traditional summer retreat of the Portuguese court, in the hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean north of the country's capital, Lisbon.

Afonso Henriques is said to have constructed a chapel to the Virgin Mary during the reconquest of Sintra (circa 1093). On top of the hill, another church “Our Lady of Monserrate” or “Virgin of Montserrat” was built in 1540 on top of its ruins. The terrace opens up to a spacious park. With a lake, several springs and fountains, grottoes, and an abundance of rare kinds of vegetation, it is built in a romantic manner. Plants from all around the world are arranged in the garden according to region. Araucaria and palm trees, tree ferns from Australia and New Zealand, strawberry and holly bushes, cork oaks, and agave and yucca plants from Mexico are among the local native plants that may be found.
