Personnel provided excellent service but when they will be named bus stops in English also, will be better. Additionally, I would like to recommend make some tour bus stops more visible from the distance, espesially on the Green Line.

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience

Great venue and loved the palace tour. All signs were in both Spanish and English and the audio guides were worth the small additional charge. An amazing place to see and learn about. Bus tour was ok, although a number of headphone ports on some of the buses weren't working so no commentary. Got us where we needed and enjoyed seeing the city that way.

Der beste Weg, um einen Überblick von der Stadt zu erhalten und zu sehen, was man ev. ein 2. Mal anschauen möchte. Verbessern könnte man hingegen - wie an anderer Stelle auch schon erwähnt - die Kennzeichnung der Einsteige-Stationen.

O motivo da viagem foi a visita ao Estádio Santiago Bernabeu, andámos a circular no "City Bus" várias vezes nos dois circuitos e depois visitámos o que achamos mais interessante. Eramos para ficar em Madrid apenas dois dias e seguir para Barcelona, mas acabámos por ficar 5 dias e não conseguimos visitar tudo porque Mardrid "Cerra a las 22:00h". No último dia fomos visitar o Estádio "Civitas Metropolitano" de metro, onde recebemos um telefonema a avisar que o Hotel no centro de Salamanca "Cerrava a las 22:00h". Como chegámos às 22:30h e apesar ter-mos avisado, batemos com o nariz na porta e a rececionista disse que não aguadava nem um minuto. Valeu-nos o rececionista do Hotel Ponte Romano **** (ele hoteles) onde perguntei se havia possibilidade de ficar uma noite , tendo o Sr. adaptado um quarto de 2 adultos para 2 +1 o que permitiu a nossa a estadia, em "una habitacion" no 3 piso, onde ficamos aojados que nem Deuses. Até à próxima! Ainda temos 3 viagens no intermodal Madrid para gastar.
