Zakup biletów przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Podobało nam się zoo i bardzo podobała nam się wycieczka z przewodnikiem po pałacu i ogrodach. Nasz przewodnik Alex był doskonały, zarówno bardzo pouczający, jak i pełen humoru.

Der Reiseleiter musste viel improvisieren, zum Teil waren nicht ganz ernst gemeinte Anekdoten nicht von Informationen unterscheidbar. Positiv: Er hat erkennbar versucht, eine nachvollziehbar individuelle Einordnung der geschichtlichen Ereignisse zu geben, dabei aber zum Teil so schnell mit Personen um sich geworfen, dass man kaum folgen konnte. Zum Teil war das der Situation geschuldet, dass das Zeitfenster für die Führung im Schloss nicht bestand. Wir wurden zwar am Anfang gefragt, ob wir erst ins Schloss oder erst in den Garten wollten, dass die Entscheidung für das Schloss bedeutete, dass wir uns "zwischendrängeln" mussten und dann einerseits Leerlaufzeiten entstanden, andererseits spontan Räume ausgelassen wurden "Zitat: Da stehen zu viele, wir gehen erstmal in den Großen Raum und machen das später" - Später gab es nicht. Die Gartenführung war dann deutlich entspannter und sehr interessant

Das Gerät funktionierte nur in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Guid und wehe dem Besucher, wenn der Guid sich umdrehte. Dann war der Empfang (nicht nur bei mir) zu 90% weg. Auch öftere Hinweise an den Guid, das Gerät richtig an den Mund zu nehmen, halfen nur bedingt.
