• Please note: A passport or valid ID card is necessary to enter the Palace of Parliament. Driver's license is NOT accepted regardless of the country coming from. If you do not have one of the two mentioned documents, your tour will be automatically canceled.

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

• Photography is allowed (no flash and tripods).

• Arrive 30 minutes before the starting time at the office on Bulevardul Natiunile Unite nr 4.

• Give yourselves a bit of a head start. Bucharest can get very busy and you are risking losing your tour.

• Only in the company of a host or a tour guide can you enter the venue. Individuals are not allowed to enter the venue on their own.

• There are going to be two different security checks.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID to your tour guide. EU visitors must bring identification documents such as passports or non-driving license IDs, while non-EU visitors are required to bring their passports. Students must show valid student IDs as well.

• Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays.

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs.
