I booked this before having a disability. With the fear of not being able to get around as good I debated to cancel. So glad I didn't. The staff at the venue was very accommodating and helpful and I am so glad I continued with this activity. The Art they have on view is magnificent if you are into Art.

some construction going on but it is all right. A bit far to walk to get to the pallazo if you come by bus but it wasn't that bad.. the art, the magnificent paintings, so many things too see and it was really enjoyable excellent experience!

Avevo biglietti prenotati sul cellulare, ho dovuto fare la coda come se dovessi farli ancora, perchè nessuno ci ha detto che con i biglietti prenotati potevamo saltare la coda e presentarci all'ingresso direttamente senza passare dalla biglietteria. 20 minuti di coda inutile. Per il resto,bellissimo.

Actually it was alright, no issues. Basically I marked alright because there were a lot of negative feedback an they scared me. An ticket was not to place I was looking for, but it was working for place I ordered, so fine enought.
