Bilety elektroniczne otrzymane pocztą elektroniczną bez żadnych kłopotów. Daję pięć gwiazdek za skuteczność Headout i zarezerwowaliśmy od nich również Wersal. Tyle tylko, że podczas rejsu po Sekwanie, po wejściu do kolejki na rejs, podszedł do nas pracownik pracujący przy wejściu i wyjątkowo niegrzecznym tonem poinstruował nas, abyśmy opuścili kolejkę i ponownie wrócili na koniec kolejki. Musiałem go zapytać dlaczego 3 razy, zanim podał mi swój powód. Pomylił, że przeszliśmy pod linią rejsową, aby dostać się na przód kolejki. Powiedziałem mu, aby zweryfikował fakty ze swoim kolegą przy wejściu, ponieważ faktycznie rozmawiałem z pierwszym facetem przed wejściem. Po weryfikacji przeprosił, ale faktem było również, że nikogo za nami nie było. Nie jedyny raz doświadczyłem francuskiej arogancji ze strony osób z branży usługowej. To samo odczucie miałem w przypadku licznych komentarzy, które przeczytałem na innych stronach internetowych: jeśli nie masz przyjaznej i przychylnej natury, nie pracuj w branży turystycznej lub usługowej. To normalne, że turyści zadają pytania i szukają weryfikacji, ponieważ nie mieszkamy w mieście i większość z nich nie mówi w waszym języku. Prosimy o większą przychylność i nie niszczenie dobrego wizerunku kraju arogancją. Jesteście na pierwszej linii frontu i pierwszym wyborem, od którego turyści szukają pomocy. Opinia publiczna była pomocna i uprzejma, i nigdy nie czuliśmy się zagrożeni ani zastraszeni.

Bardzo interesujące i fascynujące. Złą rzeczą było to, że bilety otrzymaliśmy mniej niż 24 godziny przed planowaną wizytą. Nie byliśmy pewni, czy rzeczywiście je otrzymamy.

Very interesting and Macabre experience. Though the staff weren't all that friendly or helpful or cheerful come to that. But the Catacombs were very well set up and it was astonishing to see so many dead people's bones on display.

Initial communication does not say our tickets would be sent to what's up app. I don't keep my notification on. Downloading your app and view ticket option was not valid tickets. But, after a phone call to customer service and direction to what's up very easy. Both Catacoombs of Paris and Seine Boat cruise were easy o ce we figured out how to obtain our tickets and tours were amazing.

Great experience; very interesting history. Booking via headout was so practicle. However at the entrance there was some difficulty with voucher. The receptionists at the entrance do not easily accept the voucher ; they insist on ticket pdf and unfortunately they are not acting visitor friendly. So be sure that you have pdf tickets with you
