Todo muy bello, recomiendo hacer la visita primero por los jardines y después el palacio. Ya que yo fui en temporada de calor y después de estar en los jardines se siente bien estar en la sombra. Todo muy bonito

Todo el palacio y los jardines me parecieron extraordinarios!!!! Una belleza. Los recomiendo sin duda. Los servicios de comida son pésimos. Hay 2 mozos para todas las mesas y es imposible que puedan atender a todos. Recomiendo tomar más mozos y agregar más platos de comida.

It is very convenient to exchange electronic tickets at the box office; there is a separate line for this purpose. The diverse exhibition of Palazzo Pitti will not leave anyone indifferent!

One advertised part of the exhibition was not open, and apparently hadn't been for a couple of years according to staff (?!) With the already planned closures this meant we spent a little less time at the Palace than expected. It was also not worth a 'skip the line ticket' as there was no line to skip, and we still had to go to the ticket office as our voucher/online ticket wasn't the actual ticket, so there was still an extra step in the process.

Il posto è stupendo, non ci sono dubbi a riguardo, ma il giardino di Boboli è tenuto in maniera confusa, non ci sono sufficienti cartelli che indicano dove si trovano le cose interessanti da vedere, e l'acqua delle fontane è un po troppo verde; ci sarebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione in più e più cartelli che indicano come trovare i luoghi di interesse, per il resto top.

Palazzo Pitti and Palatine Gallery

This convenient ticket lets you skip the lines and gain direct entry to the Palace and Gallery, thus saving you many hours of standing in lines at the two of the most popular tourist destinations of Florence. The early history of the Palazzo Pitti is a strange mixture of fact and myth. Pitti is alleged to have instructed that the windows be larger than the entrance of the Palazzo Medici, for instance. The architect of the building went against the conventional fashion of the day while designing the Palace, which gives the palace a severe and forbidding atmosphere. However, this style of architecture has gone on to have a great influence on buildings made later in the 16th and 19th centuries. You can admire these influences as you stroll through the many opulent rooms of the Palace which hide countless secrets.

After you tour the lavish State Apartments of the Medicis, you can visit the Palatine Gallery, located in the Palace, where you can see the many riches and treasures acquired by the Medicis over the years, with gorgeous artworks and historical artifacts on display all through the gallery, only opened to the public in the late 18th century.

Boboli Gardens

The Boboli Gardens is a 111-acre park that has been modeled in the Renaissance Style, home to a wide variety of plants, as well as a vast collection of sculptures dating from the 16th to the 18th centuries.

With these tickets, you gain skip-the-line access to the Boboli Gardens. Stroll on the geometrical paths through the luxuriant greens, and see the many different expressions of Renaissance ideals in and around the park in the form of formally ordered and beautifully adorned architecture, natural beauty, and ancient structures. You can admire the magnificent sculptures and artworks strewn all over the park, such as the 34-century-old Obelisk from Egypt, Stoldo Lorenzi’s Neptune’s Fountain, the Fountain of the Ocean by Giambologna, and Giorgio Vasari's Large Grotto. The grottoes at the garden are of particular note, as they are a prime example of outdoor sculpture, and represent different and defining aspects of Mannerist architecture.

You also gain access to the Bardini gardens (only recently opened to the public) and the Museum of Porcelain with these tickets.

Know before you go

What’s not allowed

Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed in the exhibition areas.
Mobile phones must be turned off or at least placed in silent mode.
It is forbidden to run or walk barefoot in the museum premises.
Shutterbugs, take note: Photography with any professional equipment including the use of flash and drones is a no-go inside the venue.
Pets cannot tag along for this experience, with the exception of guide dogs and service animals, properly leashed and with a public medical certificate.

Accessibility

From the square, the slope to the entrance of the Pitti Palace is rather steep (with a maximum gradient of 20%), so a companion is recommended for wheelchair users.
From the courtyard, you can take the stairs or lifts to access the Palatine Gallery (1st floor). The lifts are located on the right side near the cloakroom.
The entire Boboli Gardens area is pedestrianized, and is not accessible by vehicle; if you have a disability badge, you can park nearby.

Facilities: free cloakroom storage.
Backpacks, bags, umbrellas and other large objects must be stored in the cloakroom prior to entry.
Guests under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
