La verdad que fue muy bien, pero no aconsejo coger este pack para un dia, ya que para ver todas las ruinas de pompeya se necesita un dia entero! No pudimos ver ni un cuarto! Pero ercolano muy guay!

Leider mussten wir trotz der reservierten Tickets anstehen. Die Ausgrabung selbst war sehr beeindruckend. Ein Highlight war das "Haus der keuschen Liebenden": Dort kann man auf einem Gerüst den Archäolog*innen und Restaurator*innen beim Arbeiten zuschauen. Sehr aufschlussreich!

Luogo meraviglioso anche se farsela con un passeggino è stata un po' una pazzia, molto pesante nonostante ci siano tratti appositi fatti di cemento, ma non tutto. Posto incantevoli e nonostante la folla hanno smaltito velocemente la fila in biglietteria.

The directions for redemption of my ticket were very unclear. The instructions referenced a meeting point with photo outside the entrance, but we eventually figured out we needed to go inside the entrance and wait in the queue with people that were buying tickets in order to redeem the voucher code on the Headout receipt. There was no "meeting point", Headout signage, or employee to direct us. Very very poor directions.

Lieu magnifique et rempli d'histoire. Nous avons opté pour acheter le livre à l'office de tourisme pour nous orienter dans l'espace ainsi qu'une carte des lieux. Avec une petite il serait impossible d'écouter avec un audioguide. Les lieux sur place ne correspondaient pas à notre livre ni à la carte. Il n'a pas de flèches qui indiquent le parcours et nous n'avons pas pu voir la moitié, car nous étions toujours perdus. Il aurait été plus facile de mentionner un parcours de 2h, 4h, 6h ou quelque chose du genre. Pas de panneaux non plus pour expliquer les lieux. On voit de la pierre et de la pierre sans explication difficile de savoir à quoi chaque pièce servait. Très déçus par l'organisation mais l'expérience vaut tout de même la peine. Billet cher 23.90 CHF chaque billet + 16.-CHF le livre. S'il avait eu de l'organisation ça aurait été un prix juste mais pas pour ce que nous avons eu. Personnel pourrait être plus sympathique sur place. Personne avait envie de nous renseigner pour les billets que nous avons acheté en ligne. Même pas regardé mon visage et nous ont fait un geste avec la main pour qu'on avance mais difficile à savoir dans quelle direction. Amabilité ne serait pas un luxe.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as the tour involves a fair amount of walking on uneven terrain.

Big dogs (above the weight 10kg and the height of 40cm) are not allowed into the venue. Guide dogs with the proper certification are welcome.
