The hippos. The zoo is very well done! It was nice to see animals in enclosures and not in cages. Lots of places to take a break. We were surprised how few staff were around. Only complaint ....the maps and the few live presentations were also not in english. There are probably 1,000's of tourist visiting every year. I think English communication is necessary. You should also consider the disabled and elderly. My friend is in his 70's. My self 65. The zoo is huge. Perhaps some kind of small car or some sort of vehicle to help with our aliments.

We loved how many different species we got to see and the facility itself was second to none! A great use of a day in Prague. Thouroghly enjoyed and would highly recommend!

Es war mit Abstand einer der besten Zoo's die wir besucht haben. Waren morgen's kurz nach Öffnung schon vor Ort. Parkplatz Auswahl riesen groß da es mehrere Eingänge zum Zoo gibt und jeder verfügt über einen. Sehr weitläufig und schön gestaltet der Zoo. Große Auswahl an Tieren. Gutes reichhaltiges Angebot an Essen. Reichlich WC 😀. Wir waren mehr als glücklich da gewesen zu sein

Dass die Tiere so viel Platz haben, große Gehege, wunderschön in die Landschaft integriert! Und immer wieder kleine Gastronomien, um Hunger und Durst zu stillen. Auch der Sessellift war ein Erlebnis.

Lovely place to visit whilst in Prague. Beautiful surroundings, lots of animals to see and everywhere clean with good facilities. Clear signposting throughout the zoo making it easy to choose how much you wanted to see. Excellent value for money.

The zoo's Elephant Valley, which is home to a large herd of Asian elephants, is its pride and joy. It's also fascinating to visit the Giant Salamander House to observe the largest amphibians in the world, the critically endangered Chinese Giant Salamanders. The other pavilions in the zoo include the Gorilla Pavilion, African House, the Pavilion of Penguins, and many more exciting ones.
