La journée était super bien. Nous avons vu beaucoup de pyramide et notre guide Reda, était super gentil, il expliquait très bien l'histoire des pyramides et répétés assez souvent les informations pour que nous nous souvenions des informations essentielles. Je vous recommande vivement Reda, il était super. Son chauffeur, Ahmad, a très bien conduit, il était prudent et nous attendait au lieu d'intérêt et a l'heure à chaque fois. Rien à redire, la journée était super et la meilleure pendant notre séjour à Gizeh.

Tout s'est très bien passé avec notre guide Reda et le chauffeur Ahmed. Ils ont été très professionnel et les explications étaient claires. Reda prenait le temps de bien expliquer les aspects historiques et il allait à notre rythme. Je le recommande.

This experience was amazing, the tour is only good as the guide himself. You 100% must ask for Ahmed. Ahmed is a trained Archaeologist and Egyptologist with a vast knowledge of Egyptian history, artifacts, architecture, and culture. He is a walking encyclopedia and is able to answer any question you have. He knew details that only a trained specialist like himself can offer. His range of knowledge stretched from old, middle, new kingdoms, each intermediate period, Greco-Roman period, Arab and Turkish influences, British occupation, and into modern day. Beyond that, he personalized the experience. After seeing Giza plateau and Saqqara pyramid sites, he offered us a choice to either see a third pyramid site, or go to a historical site in Memphis to see an enormous statue of Ramses II. He tailored to our wants and was able to show us more of the things we wanted to see. Finally, he is a great offerer of advice. When we told him where we were going on the remainder of our trip, he gave practical advice for any foreigner who visits Egypt. If you choose this tour, you must ask for Ahmed.

The Great Pyramid of Giza

The Great Sphinx

Proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, a giant mythical creature with the head of king Chephren and the body of a lion carved out of a single piece of limestone, dating back to 2500 BC. Another notable site is the Valley Temple which was used in the mummification of the pharaoh and his family, as well as the rituals associated with the pharaoh's afterlife. Move on to the Step Pyramid of Zoser in Saqqara, one of the oldest examples of large-scale stone architecture in ancient Egypt. After exploring, indulge in a tasty lunch at a local restaurant. Also, pay a visit to the third largest Egyptian pyramid, the Red Pyramid of Dahshur made of red limestone.

Dahshur Pyramids

(Bent and Red Pyramids) Dahshur area is a royal necropolis located in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile approximately 40 kms south of Cairo. It is known chiefly for several Pyramids, two of which are among the oldest, largest, and best preserved in Egypt!
