As a Real Madrid FC fan, it is like a dream come true experience. It was unreal to see that many trophies in one place. You can see how proud everyone in the club is. I had so many beautiful pictures and videos. I would encourage every fan to make the trip and experience the thrill

Very easy, tickets delivered in plenty of time, downloaded to Apple wallet and no issues getting into the ground. I had a question on the seat numbers and it was answered straight away- really pleased!

L'histoire du club comment elle est présentée le long du parcours, très bien fait. Manquait visite des vestiaires salle de conférence et pelouse (comme pour les autres grands clubs:Manchester U,Bayer Munich,...)

The experience was overall great. Our tickets hd gate 28 as the deisgnated entry point. We waited there for 25 minutes then asked one of the stewards who informed us that the entry point is on the other side of the stadium. Other than this detail, our experience with headout was great and the tour itself was really fulfilling.

Ich habe die Tour ja für meinen Sohn gebucht, der ein RM Fan ist. Und er war einfach nur im 7. Himmel. Seine Augen haben gefunkelt und pure Freude versprüht. Die Tour ist super gemacht und auch für einen Fussball-Muffel wie mich, wirklich interessant und lebendig gemacht. Viel zu sehen und viele Interaktivität. Und man kann auch auf die Tribüne und sich wie in Fan fühlen. Was man ev. anders machen kann ist, dass der Pokal nicht grad am Anfang beim Eingang stehen sollte und sich so ein riesiger Rückstau bildet, weil alle ein Selfie mit ihm wollen. Aber sonst, wars einfach nur Spitze. Frage: Wenn der Pokal am Anfang steht und auch einer am Schluss fürs Foto, welches ist dann der richtige und welcher eine Replika?

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
Drones are strictly prohibited. Guests who enter with drones will be denied entry.

This tour includes climbing staircases and escalators. It is therefore not recommended for prams/strollers and wheelchair users.
Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour partially or totally due to the holding of events at the stadium, matches, renovation works, or circumstances beyond its control.
On account of the construction work at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the tour route will be temporarily disrupted. The following areas have been closed to the general public: the presidential box, the first team changing room and the visiting team changing room, the players' tunnel, the benches, and the press room.
Visits to the changing rooms, the VIP box, the mixed zone, and the press room will be unavailable.
Please be on time. Access for arrivals after the scheduled time is not guaranteed.
This ticket is valid for one entry only. It will not be accepted for repeated entry attempts.
Please follow the instructions and routes of the Club staff.
On match days, the tour is open until 5 hours before kick-off.
