The animals were awesome, loved seeing them all but especially the orangutans up close. Also the breakfast was lovely and so much to choose from. Your facilities are lovely and this experience is very well done.

So friendly the people and helpful . Zoo is large and spacious for animals Clean and not too many people Feels kind and caring

Breakfast with the Orang-utans was awesome. Watching them interact was beautiful to see. I was surprised there were also other animals to interact with at breakfast such as birds, porcupine, monkey and elephant. Breakfast food was lovely. Thanku ☺️

Headout made booking tickets simple for our 2 families. We loved seeing the baby orangutan with its mother. The food at breakfast time was nice and fresh with plenty of variety to accommodate kids.

The staff were great. Nicki was so helpful to keep me from not slipping in the mud. The elephants are regal, beautiful creatures. It was great to be up close and personal. I hugged an elephants truck, bathed them, spread mud on them and took soo many pictures. Anna, the Asian elephant is my girl!!! Tickets from Headout worked without a hench and helped provide a great value for this unforgettable exsperience.

What an incredible opportunity to get up close and personal to animals in the most eco-friendly zoo. I would highly recommend this to every visitor.

Had a great time . Lots of variety of food . Plenty of seating . Easy acces. To getting into the zoo . Signage . First ever zoo I have even been to when some animals are free to roam around . Not caged up all the time . Staff at the zoo helpful . Had a great time . Will return again one day .

The animals were close enough for my children to see them it was really great At other zoo we visit the animals are hard to see and very far away It was good with a double pram The bus came fast for a ride to the elephants and the pram fit it is wheelchair friendly SO many play areas too near the cafes it is really family oriented Nice staff Can feed animals as well cor extra Price There's no cafe to sit at with aircon which is the only flaw We didn't go to the water park because there was a school visiting and lots and lots of big kids

We had breakfast with the Orangutans , the breakfast was excellent and Orangutans were simply amazing. Mummy and baby Orangutan are so beautiful.

We had the best time even the The orangutan stole my sunglasses but was very funny,my family had a great time and the breakfast was awesome quality

Head out made our experience awesome! Our driver was on time and really nice. The breakfast was amazing with delicious smorgasboard buffet style of food, the animal encounters were outstanding with many options to feed the animals and get up close! Absolutely loved this day great for the whole family including kids. Thank you Bali Zoo!

We had a fantastic breakfast with the orangutans, elephants and birds. Each family member found something they really loved so it was a huge win for everyone.

We came for breakfast with the orangutans and were greeted with elephants. Orangutans, birds. And a beautiful buffet breakfast. It was my partner's 40th birthday and he was overjoyed. After the breakfast we were able to walk about the zoo which was quiet as it was early. We liked how clean the zoo was and how small yet accessible it was. It's a very nice zoo.

We had a great experience especially feeding the elephant and watching the orgunantus enjoy the sprinkler.
