It was an amazing day! Seeinf the orang-utans so close was fantastic and the elephant expedition was fabulous! The guide was very informative and friendly. The whole experience was one I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience getting up close to orangutans after a yummy breakfast and then getting to wash the elephants. Animals are clearly well looked after, it was a lovely day.

Mimo że w cenie biletu było wspomniane, że mamy "karmienie słoni", musieliśmy zapłacić 100.000 rp, aby je nakarmić.

Wspaniałe doświadczenie, uwielbiałem słonie i jazdę na słoniach oraz karmiłem lwy. Zdjęcia zawyżone i trochę bezczelne, ponieważ nie wszystkie są wliczone w cenę! Zoo małe, ale ładne. Zabawny poranek

We had a lovely time at the zoo. Unfortunately I got sick & had to leave to go to the hospital. The staff at the zoo were amazing & we were able to reschedule our elephant ride & zoo tour. It was an amazing experience & a great day out with lots of animal interaction.

Veri our driver was amazing 🤩 the zoo and elephant ride was just as great. I was a little upset the I orangutans were not with/around us but still loved seeing them

We liked all of it...the breakfast, very good and good choices we could make, nice to make picture with the orang oetans, the elephant ride was an awesome experience!! Everything well organized and the zoo is very clean! The animals have a good life writing your zoo!

Everything was easy to book and manage staff were friendly and explained everything we needed to know, breakfast was delicious and relaxed. We didn't stay for lunch as we had to leave for airport, wished we could have stayed for longer as the zoo was really beautiful

Breakfast with the orangutans wasn't as expected, they were high up and rarely ventured form their platforms, unless you were beside them you could hardly say it was breakfast with them...a little misleading

The elephant mud baths was amazing. Lots of time with the elephants. Breakfast was disappointing. Only one orangutan.

we loved everything, the animals were beautiful with lots of contact, and the animals looked very relaxed. the breakfast was fantastic and the elephant mud fun was the absolute best experience, we absolutely loved every second of it, thank you

The experiences and zoo were terrific. Very disappointed in the price of the photos taken by the photographers. The price for one photo was ridiculous. We had participated in another experience on the island and it was half the price of the zoo photos. For a family of 5 to want to charge after each experience to get the photos it would have cost us another $450 aussie dollars. After already spending $675 to get into the zoo it made it unaffordable.
