Bran Castle Guided Tour

Era la primera vez que visitábamos el castillo y nos encantó. La verdad es que esconde mucha historia del país. En cuanto al tour guiado es algo que recomiendo, ya que así según vas entrando a las diferentes salas te van contando la historia que sucedió allí. En cuanto a la mujer que nos hizo el tour hablaba un castellano fantástico y realizó el tour de una manera muy amena. Además se preocupaba de que todos llegáramos bien, sobre todo mis abuelos que son algo mayores. Como recomendación personal, si está nublado llevad paraguas porque hay zonas del castillo que estan al aire libre y te puedes mojar si llueve.

The tour guide was extremely friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer to any queries. Would definitely use the company services again.

The tour guide was very excited to share his knowledge of the castle and its history. He was well spoken and amusing in his delivery making the tour very enjoyable.

Great guided tour of Bran Castle. We had a super friendly tour guide who taught us the history behind the castle and Romania in general, truly an exquisite storyteller who even made us laugh on many occasions. We were in a small group with two canadians who were super pleasant to be around! Unfortunately I do not remember our guide's name(please excuse me) but just in case she reads this, I'd like to thank you for making our day and putting smiles on our faces on 15th June (tour started at noon)!! I wish all the best to you and your colleagues from Transyvlanian wonders!! A guided tour of the castle is really worth the price as there is little to no information regarding its history. All the best from Bulgaria to you beautiful people!!! :)

Wir waren nur eine kleine Gruppe, dass war sehr angenehm da das Schloss auch meistens kleine Räume hat. Sehr netter Führer.

Gruppengröße ok Sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Reiseführer, der mit viel Sachkenntniss, Herz, Witzund Einfühlungsvermögen für die einzelnen Teilnehmer aus versch. Nationen die Tour geführt hat Ich habe insgesamt einen tollen Eindruck bekommen und viel dazugelernt.

En el tour guiado en español por el castillo de Bran nos atendió Daniela y fue una gran experiencia. Fué muy amable, cercana, con un gran sentido del humor y se notaba que le gustaba mucho la historia de su país, Rumanía. Lo recomendamos al 100%.

We enjoyed the explanations given by our guide, Ioana and the fact that she adapted well to explaining for our 9 year old daughters. She kept them engaged and interested and this made for a very good experience.

I was a bit delayed by traffic and the guys from the agency waited for me.I appreciate that. Tour guide was ok, he explained things very well, answered questions, made jokes.

I thought we would skip the long line but that was not the case. Tour was ok but castle was packed. Not the fault of the tour but could have been organized better

The office with our guide and the tickets was located very close to the castle. Our guide spoke about the history of the castle in great detail and gave us a rather realistic overview of the historical figures connected to the Bran castle. We had our tour right at the time of the opening so we only had to wait for a short time to get inside the castle (as the spaces there just are not that big). I would recommend visiting the castle at the start of the opening hours even with the guided tour, because I am not sure whether the line to enter the castle can be skipped with the guide. And by the time we were leaving, the line to get in was already 1.5-2 hours long. Here I rate 5 stars as the queue for the castle did not affect us in the morning and our guide was nice and explained everything in detail and in a fun way.

Our guide, Maria Pop, was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable about the history of Bran Castle, the area, the royal family, and even had supplemental pictures saved on her phone to show us different, related, things as well. Even my in-laws, who joined the English tour with us, but only speak Romanian, were impressed by the amount of information she shared. Maria is a gem and she definitely made out Bran tour very pleasant! Thank you!!!

Guía muy amable, atenta y pendiente de su grupo. Muy buena presentación y contexto, haciendo una explicación inicial de lo que se ve dentro. Durante la visita, hizo parada en cada una de las estancias para explicarlas.

Grigore is a wonderful tour guide! He knows a lot of historicaly accurate facts and tells them in a very good manner. He is funny and smart, passionate about hosting, and makes witty remarks without being ridiculous. He was also very considerate and gave each member of the group individual attention when needed. We were very pleased with the entire service and organization, thank you!

Booking tickets online was very convenient, and finding the place/parking was easy. We didn't have to wait in line, and we were able to walk right through at opening. We really enjoyed touring Bran Castle. Our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable on all the history. He was fun and easy to talk to. It was a great tour - much better than walking through on our own.
