Havalines Private Transfer: Istanbul Airport to/from Hotel

¡Todo!, son muchos meses que sigo utilizando la app de este provisor de servicios turisticos, siempre me encuentro con lo que voy buscando y es un excelente compañero virtual para viayar solo.

The driver and staff were very kind and punctual. The can was very clean and spacious. Great service.

The taxi wasn't ready when I arrived. The agent had to call someone. Took about 20 mins to finally get going.

Great hassle free luxurious transfer to the hotel. Just WhatsApp on the number given and they'll give you a confirmation and will also assist you with queries. The cab is on time, on the dot. They will wait for you. No tip is expected and there's no surprise costs either. Just book this!

Nice and luxurious vehicle, clear instructions and timely. We kept in touch with the coordinator via WhatsApp.

The location was somewhat difficult to track. Even when that was sorted had to wait for cab to come and it came at a very shady area in the airport and was dirty. It had flys inside.

Clean cabs, clear instructions, responds asap to Whatsapp messages. I totally recommend them. Istanbul city has a lot of traffic to schedule your cab timing(if you need picked up from.hotel) accordingly

Instructions were clear, we met the representative from Havalines outside the terminal building, who summoned our taxi which arrived in 10 minutes and was a large, comfortable van.

Good coordination on WhatsApp, helpful drivers, and on time. The van was clean with AC. Enough room for 4 person / 6 luggages.

Tickets were cheaper as compared to the other transport services. The driver was very helpful and dropped us in front of our hotel.

Aside from the the smooth, punctual transfer into and out of an amazing city (Istanbul), what I loved the most was the above and beyond service I got from the team before the transfer. Service at it's best!

Detailed description of how to find the pick up point including pictures, didn't wait long for vehicle to arrive and return pick up was on time. Both vehicles clean and of a good standard in fact the vehicle and driver on the way back made us feel like we were in the vip lounge !! 😀
