En el ticket, en la parte de servicios incluidos estaba la subida a la cúpula y la entrada al campanille. Tenían la etiqueta de opcional. Entendimos que al estar en servicios incluidos estaban en el ticket y era opción nuestra subir o no. La guía dijo que no estaban en la entrada. No entiendo porque se ponen en servicios incluidos si no tenemos acceso. Muy mal detallado.

The description of this tour is COMPLETELY MISLEADING! After this experience I will never book with Headout ever again. Be warned they make the titles purposely misleading so that you book them, but then they don't actually include what's in the title. The title specifically mentioned the Dome climb being optional, yet when we got to the tour the dome climb was not an option at all. We paid extra for the ticket since it said dome climb so it was very frustrating to find out we couldn't do it. We paid Headout $60/person for the tour yet the other people on the tour only paid $20-$30/person. So Headout is jacking up the price and making misleading titles to scam people out of money. Buyer be warned!
