The bus arrived late to the pickup point. The guide was to loud at times and almost left me.

Well organized, but the guide was a bit over the top. Also, he should have waited for the group, especially in busy places. He was very good at keeping the group on schedule.

All was good but there were several things not excluded in the itinerary. If those things are not included then should not be mentioned in the booking details.

The itinerary initially said that it had the train included one way and we were very excited about the same. However, on the day, we were told that the train is not being used for 2-3 days. This was neither informed earlier nor were we refunded.

Booking through Headout was great and trip was awesome as it was organised so well and professionally. Tour guide Annete was good .
