Universal Express Pass 4 ~ Fun Choice ~

Buying our tickets to Universal Studios through Headout saved us $700 compared to other companies including the official Universal app! We got the day we wanted and the express passes in one transaction which made it super easy. Universal studios was a dream come true as it was my daughter's 16th birthday as well and everyone wished her well on her special day 😊❤️

Whole heartedly let down. Visited 26th October 2023. Purchasing a ticket to a theme park should result in an awesome, fun and memorable experience BUT I left early with no memories or stories to share with my friends and family. Reasons as follows. Walking through streets constantly shoulder to shoulder with other attendees…it was insanely crowded and stressful, I couldnt enjoy the experience for fear of walking into people. Waiting an hour to buy food…EVERYWHERE in the park! Lines of a hundred people or more waiting to buy a chicken leg!!!! How is that an experience! Waiting at least 70-150 mins per ride…so half your day could be stood in queues!?The park also has a visiting time entry ticket system to see certain areas of the park like, Harry Potter and Nintendo. This really reduces the overall size of the park as you cant attend these areas at your own will AND unfortunately Harry Potter had no slots left when we attended!!? Mad. I left extremely hungry and genuinely fed up. Once in a lifetime experience?? I think not….as we exited around 4pm we witnessed an already bursting park STILL greeting THOUSANDS of more excited visitors…I’m really struggling to see how any of those people would endure that experience and be anything but disappointment. Awful.

The tickets were booked on the wrong dead - I couldn't be sure if this was due to an error in the system, or if it was a mistake on my end - in any case, no refunds were allowed, nor could I re-sell the tickets, so it turned out to be a total waste of money.

I bought the 1 day pass and Mario experience, the Disney told me my QR code is only for Mario experience doesn't include entrance pass, so I had to purchase another entrance ticket to enter the park

Its no clear in the email the attractions included and the information is disfficult to show in the park
