I bought tickets but were unable to use on the day despite the fact that I ordered for use on the day. Can I please get a refund

I feel stolen for letting me buy ticket for the day after, but after payment ticket was not available until the next day, without any warning about. I had to buy new tickets at the station, and support refused to refund me. I will totally aware people to not use this service. Best Regards,

Je cliquais sur le lien qui m'envoyait sur une page qui me demandait d'aller chercher le code envoyé par mail et lorsque que je revenais sur l'application, la page avait disparue. J'ai tourné en rond comme cela dix fois. J'ai finalement racheté des billets au guichet pour moi et ma fille de 14 ans. Je demande le remboursement des mes deux billets RAPIT NANKAÏ EXPRESS
