Guided Food Tour in the Historical Center of Rome with Optional Wine

Absolutely loved spending time with Lisa! She was absolutely perfect, full of information and life!!! My only feedback is to change the marketting on this tour (it said we were going to see 8-10 tastings) which we did 4 (which was perfect) just so people have a more accurate idea of what they are getting into!

The tour was amazing! Lisa was as a great tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience getting to taste different dishes and treats around the historical district!

Not worth the money. Not a wine tour /food tour. But a food sample and walking tour. Guide took 15 min to even acknowledge we were booked on the tour After asking multiple times. We bailed out of the tour early as well. Disappointed.

I don't think we could go inside and order at the "Norcineria Viola" unless we joined this tour. Our guide Greta was informative, friendly and entertained us very well. It is nice to try bit of everything without wasting time.

Gian Luca was a great tour guide. Not only was the food incredible, but he was very knowledgeable about the history of the streets throughout the tour. Would recommend!

Lisa was lovely! The small group size (just 2 of us plus our guide) allowed for us to really get to know each other so it felt like we were hanging out with a friend. Food was great, nice variety and options. Great way to learn about food and culture in Rome!

Had such a great evening out. Monica was great she has so much knowledge about the food and area and really pleasant to talk with.

There should never have been a tour for Christmas Eve as most of the restaurants were closed. We ended up eating at one place and spent a lot of time walking to places that were closed. We ended the food tour eating tiramisu at another restaurant because our tour guide couldn't find anything open. Our tour guide was Arvin and he was amazing. He felt very badly that we had spent so much money and nothing was open. He ended up giving us a walking tour of the city because most of the places he tried to take us were closed. We enjoyed his company and learned a great deal from him. If it wasn't for his cheerful personality we would have been very upset and would have most likely demanded a refund.

Unfortunately, the guide didn't wait even a minute longer and didn't call me either, as I was stuck in traffic and arrived at the meeting point promptly at 6:00 PM.
