Tickets to Hungarian Royal Guard Exhibition & Royal Riding Hall with a 3-Course Meal in Buda Castle

To, co zostało określone w bilecie nie było przestrzegane: - brak napoju powitalnego i wyboru dania: kazano nam wybierać tylko między kawą/herbatą/cappuccino (poprosiliśmy o gorącą czekoladę, ale nam odmówiono) i podano nam "typowy" deser, nie dając innego wyboru. - planowana wizyta była możliwa dopiero po naszej prośbie (hala wystawowa była już zamknięta) i bez żadnego wsparcia logistycznego - niechętny do współpracy personel

I arrived at the meeting point. There was two others waiting. There was no guide. I reached out for support. I was told we were not assigned a guid and to present our tickets at the building. We tried several people to present our tickets too. Nobody knew what we were doing. We tried for 30 more mins. And gave up. We did not receive a tour! I have asked for a refund.

I loved the ambience, the food and the service was great! I'd recommend to everyone!
