Tickets to Noboribetsu Marine Park NIXE

The tickets I bought in the early morning for my family did not arrive on time, in fact they arrived just one hour before the park closure. They were totally unusable, and I had to pay another set of tickets at the gate. I would advice to stay away if tickets cannot be delivered on time. Looking for my refunds!

I made a double booking as the response from the system was slow and I requested for a refund but the support team's response was bad. To date I have not received the refund.

Had to wait an hour for the ticket, which delays my trip.
